JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to hotel contracts, supplier information, and content information. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our business operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents team, with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Candidate qualifications:
Fluent English and Spanish.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Strong analytical, numerical, communication and presentation skills to be able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources in a simple and comprehensive way.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across all levels of the organization.
Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, and content information is desirable.
