Associate Sales Operations Manager

Job overview
Responsible for the monitoring and management of a Revenue stream. This high-profile position will have responsibility and/or input into processes, procedures and the management of a book of business. Supports the VP FP&A, EMEA RWCS with sales outlook, pipeline reporting, project profitability, revenue roadmap and landing positions review.
Responsibilities
Collect inputs for the revenue Roadmap of RWCS offerings controlled on EMEA level such as PCS, Market Access, RWE HQ deals etc, helps to issue monthly revenue guidances to the EMEA geographical clusters.
Define, produce, share and comment regular weekly reports to the EMEA Regional RWCS service leads on Weekly Outlook and Pipeline, Project Profitability, Utilizations. Supports the project profitability reviews.
Ongoing support of the EMEA Regional RWCS service leads to deliver customized reports e.g. Consulting GTM deck, ELP summary, FTE / Recruitment Dashboard, Project Development etc.
Ongoing support of the EMEA Regional RWCS Commercial Operations members with ad-hoc reports.
Regular monitoring of RWCS key opportunities / projects in coordination with local / regional teams
Creation of alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified
Coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them
Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing Center representatives
Minimum required education and experience
Bachelors Degree
2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience
Fluent in English
Financial Systems knowledge: Hyperion and SAP is an advantage
Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
