Dentro de GSK la persona seleccionada se formará en el departamento de Ingeniería de Producción, Centro de Producción GSK de Aranda de Duero.
El objetivo principal es complementar la formación académica con la formación práctica en el área de ingeniería de producción, participando activamente en los procesos del departamento.
Verá de primera mano y podrá contribuir a aumentar la fiabilidad y seguridad de los equipos existentes desarrollando proyectos de mejora para el área.
Participará en la resolución incidencias relativas a equipos ayudando a poner en marcha las acciones correctivas acordadas para evitar que se repitan e implementando acciones que prevengan se produzcan otras desviaciones.
Objetivos Formativos:
Formarse activamente en la realización de los proyectos de ingeniería del área bajo la supervisión de los técnicos, generando la documentación necesaria para la instalación y validación de nuevos equipos o modificación de los existentes, principalmente URSs, RTMs y procedimientos de uso.
Aprenderá como se realiza el seguimiento de los indicadores del área asignados, incluyendo la eficiencia de las líneas
Verá el día a día en la Gestión del programa de mantenimiento preventivo / predictivo para conservar los equipos en buen estado anticipándose a los posibles fallos, incluyendo apoyar en la redacción de Racionales de Mantenimiento (RMRs)
Formarse en la gestión de los repuestos del área en cuanto a cumplimiento e idoneidad.
¿Qué perfil busca la empresa?
Título universitario: Recién en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Automática Industrial, Organización Industrial).
Competencias en Idiomas: nivel B2 de Inglés.
