About the role
What you need to know:
The CBE in Spain will contribute to achieve AIG Spain’s goals of sustainable growth across brokers and client segments by driving growth strategies in the local market in collaboration with the products and functions. The CBE will develop and maintain successful, long-term relationships with key executive within global brokers and Risk Managers in clients.
Job summary
Work closely and maintain relationships with:
- Key stakeholders across AIG in Spain to ensure alignment with the products and different functions in the company.
- Brokers executive to develop and follow-up business initiatives.
- Client Risk Managers in order to listen client demands and needs and work towards solutions.
Develop brokers and clients strategies and coordinate with different areas to ensure alignment towards objectives.
Drive initiatives to improve the Ease of Trade and manage day-to-day business issues relating to customer and brokers.
Act as executive escalation point for any operational issues. Address any client concerns and ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Have a strong pipeline management and business planning.
Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities for additional products and services.
Manage designated ad-hoc projects.
Maintain a working knowledge of designated industry groups and the issues they face and be aware of AIG appetite for these industries.
Work based on team goals and priorities
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in similar positions in the Insurance industry (Distribution/Sales department with Commercial Insurance background)
Experience in managing brokers and clients (CBE)
Bachelors Degree: Business administration or Law degree will be valuable
Fluent in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with interpersonal skills
Dealing with ambiguity
Results driven
Capacity to generate influence among clients, peers or procedures
Knowledge on Salesforce and Power BI will be valuable
