Position Summary
This position will work in a team environment supporting clients/brokers and representing Navia in
a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner via e-mail, phone conversations, and Teams
meetings. This person must be willing to educate and instruct when working with clients/brokers
and collaborate within the team to assist in the day-to-day needs of all clients/brokers.
Essential Functions
Educate and assist clients/brokers in maintaining compliance with their COBRA plan.
Assist clients/brokers via the client support phone line in a friendly, knowledgeable, and
professional manner.
Assist clients/brokers via case queue daily, maintaining a 24-hour response time.
Conduct research to answer client/broker inquiries (problem resolution)
Conduct meetings with clients/brokers as needed.
Manage Plan Renewals
Audit plan setups/renewals to ensure accuracy.
Participate in ongoing analysis of current procedures and ongoing attempts to
streamline/automate processes.
Established metric tracking should be maintained at an acceptable level.
Work with Navia internal departments to help assist our clients/brokers with service
requests.
Good understanding of our finance team process and how it relates to our clients. We
should know what we do versus what our finance team does.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written
Excellent attendance.
Excellent work attitude, adaptability, and multi-tasking abilities.
Independent/self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
Ability to work outside scheduled work hours as needed, especially during our peak season.
Salary Range: $18.50 to 24.00 per hour - negotiable pending work history
