What will you do

Reporting to the Compliance Manager. The Compliance Executive is responsible for all aspects of compliance in the Spain other areas as required by the business. The role will also –
Provide assistance to the Compliance Manager.
Work with various teams across the business to ensure best practice in Compliance.
Work closely with members of the compliance functions located in other offices, across the Group.
Day to day administration, ensuring that all compliance reporting is documented and available to Senior Management.
Work to promote a Compliance Culture throughout the business.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct the testing for the Compliance Monitoring Programme ("CMP") designed to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policy and procedure requirements and best practice.
Work closely with other Gamesys teams, 3rd party game suppliers and regulator to make sure that our live game offer is compliant and has the corresponding approvals.
Provide day to day support to the business on any issues or queries around compliance and regulation.
Work closely with the Compliance Manager on all licensing administration and due diligence projects.
Ensure that sub-contracted, outsourced, subsidiaries and partners working for Gamesys Group are maintaining the highest standards for all compliance related activities and if not, ensure that immediate corrective action is put in place.
Work closely with the AML, Marketing Compliance, Data Protection and Social Responsibility teams.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining policies, procedures and internal guidance in relations to AML, Social Responsibility, Marketing & Advertising and licensing.

Technical Skills & Experience
Previous working experience in compliance, preferably within the gambling industry.
Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking.
Exceptional time management skills.
Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility.
Excellent report writing skills.
