Consultant/project Manager For Customer Support Office

Work with Tier 1 Customers in Regulatory (CE, FCC, ISED), Country Approvals (Japan, China, Brazil, etc.), Mobile Conformance (PTCRB, GCF, Carriers) and Industry Certifications (Bluetooth SIG, Wi-Fi Alliance, etc.).
Gather all testing requirements, evaluate the effort and cost and looking for the best strategy for devices approvals in order to elaborate competitive proposals
Interact with DEKRA Spain as well as other DEKRA locations to bundle different services in a complete project proposal and testing services in different areas
Support Sales Team during pre-sales activities
Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure a smooth transfer between Sales and Operations
Define the Project Plan following the scope, budget, milestones and deliverables needed to achieve customer expectations.
Coordinate the Testing Execution to ensure that all requirements and deadlines are met.
Periodic reporting to Customers.
Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels within and outside the Organization.
Ensure Project Documentation is complete, accurate and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or similar).
Technical orientation with capacity to support pre-sales activities and project execution.
Capable and willing to learn new technologies.
Willingness to visit customer sites and participate in Industry Alliances meetings.
High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
Customer oriented, good planning and organizational skills.
Availability to travel
Experience in Project Management, Testing or Certification.
Basic Knowledge of Wireless (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, LoRa, GPS/Glonass,
) and Cellular (2G, 3G, LTE, Cat M1, NB-IoT) Technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Internal Tools (AMSYS, TACS4 and GESCOM)
PMP, PRINCE2 or any other Project Management Best Practice Certification.
