As a Cybersecurity Protect Specialist in Data Loss Prevention, you will part of Santander Cyber Security Team, and you would be responsible for defining and implementing Santander DLP protection strategy.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
To ensure completeness, accuracy, and coverage of Protect control framework, assessing the maturity of the controls in place.
To define the Data Loss Prevention global strategy and evolution of the service to ensure the protection of the company information and minimize risks of its exfiltration.
To coordinate the definition and implementation of action plans to comply with audit, regulators, and internal assessment (regulatory findings, audit recommendations and internal assessment findings)
Continuous improvement of Protect Dashboard, ensuring adequacy, completeness and accuracy of metrics oriented to measure effectiveness of the DLP Protect Strategy.
Continuous improvement of Protect Cybersecurity Services and Internal Processes, ensuring simplicity and efficiency.
To coordinate the definition and implementation of action plans oriented to improve the quality of the DLP function delivered by Protect.
At least 5 years’ experience related to Data Loss Prevention/Data Protection.
Nice to have previous experience in DLP and CASB tools implemented in the group.
Degree such in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
High level of English.
Great communication skills.
Deep Technical knowledge in Data Loss Prevention.
Knowledge in Netskope and Purview is a plus.
Knowledge of Santander Cybersecurity systems and infrastructure.
