Dealer Support Agent, with Swedish and English
Do you have experience in customer service, order support or sales? Are you a structured person who is passionate about service, have previous knowledge of systems and a background in the automotive industry? Then the role of Operational Dealer Support could be something for you!
The team will work with the "car sales of the future" and with a new process for sales and car management. Support will be provided to the Dealer Network of an innovative automotive Brand.
Responsibilities
As Operational Dealer Support, you help the Dealer network in the process of all car handling.
car handovers, appointments and documentation
remarketing activities and Fleet support
Vehicle order, delivery and registration issues
Support wirh orders, order changes, and delivery questions
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a star at communication, sales argumentation and good customer service. You work in a structured way and have high administrative skills as well as experience in order support, sales support or fleet support. You can prioritize matters in a good way. As a colleague, you have good cooperation skills and contribute to the teams positive development.
Experience from previous work in systems such as Ticket System or Fleet Management or similar is a plus

Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
