Global HR and People Systems Senior Manager (English Speaker)

We are looking for a Senior Manager in the HR systems department that is ready to take on a new challenge on a global level. One of our clients has a Shared Service Center in Barcelona from which they create, maintain, and report on people data to local departments on a global scale. As a Senior Manager you are leading the Global HR Solutions department and overseeing the four different teams in this department. Next to that, you can successfully manage stakeholders while focusing on the overall strategy.

Your responsibilities and impact working as Global People Data and HR Solutions Senior Manager:
Leading the Global HR Solutions department and the four sub teams
Acting as the Global Product Owner for People Data Analytics
Engaging with Senior Stakeholders on a global level
Overseeing and controlling the process of HR data gathering, maintaining, and reporting
Ensuring the overall strategy and goals are followed up on
Identifying and understanding your team´s capacity, ad hoc activities and longterm projects
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Experience managing teams in People Analytics
Strong skills in people management and experience working in a fastpaced environment
Strong experience in managing stakeholders on a global level
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
Experience transitioning to an HRIS is a plus
Knowledge in MS Office Suite and curiosity in IT systems such as Power BI
