Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in advertising sales, finance or management consulting
Experience with driving sales support initiatives and structuring data analysis and associated communications, influencing and managing stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of Google Marketing Platform, Ads Data Hub or Advanced Marketing Analytics/Cloud for Marketing
Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner for C-level audiences
Ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
Excellent problem solving, written/verbal, project management, and organizational skills.
About the job
In this role, you will work closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership, country sales and global cross functional teams to develop insights and influence critical business decisions and inform the evolution of our deal making and commercial strategy in EMEA.
You will be focused on leading the overall agreement strategy, pivot to a partner led servicing model, as well as, improved governance of deal performance and accountability.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
Own the overall EMEA Google Marketing Platform agreement making and governance model, ensuring a cohesive agreement strategy and continually optimizing commercial operations for improved efficiency and supporting our pivot to certified partners.
Lead the cross functional regional agreement review forum. Own the agenda and approval process, monitoring that decisions are appropriately implemented, representing EMEA in the global deal forum.
Influence commercial strategy in global and regional leadership forums, representing regional needs based on data and market intel with a strong view on risks and opportunities.
Design and lead cross-functional commercial initiatives to better suit the needs of EMEA partners and advertisers across pricing, contracting, business requirements and products.
Launch and lead the cross-functional sales community to build local institutional knowledge, capture sales feedback and scale best practices.
