- Is a fluent Spanish speaker;- Possesses an excellent command of the English language in order to liaise with the Company’s Head Office.- Has adequate knowledge and experience in financial services within the last years of his career (preferably in the CFD industry).The Head shall be independent from operations and shall have, among others, the below duties:- Complying with the Branch’s internal SAC (Servicio de Atención al cliente) Regulation.- Attending and resolving the complaints and claims that may be presented by the Branch's customers.- Liaising with other departments of the Branch and of the Head Office for the study and resolution of the complaints and claims raised.- Recording complaints and claims received by keeping an internal electronic register.- Ensuring compliance with the applicable reporting obligations concerning complaints.- Addressing on behalf of the Branch the requirements issued by the CNMV’s complaints service or by any other competent authority.- Preparing an annual explanatory report on the performance of the SAC Department’s function in accordance with the internal SAC Regulation.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaExperiencia:Financial services (CFD): 2 años (Requisito mínimo)Educación:Licenciatura/Grado (Requisito mínimo)Ubicación:España (Requisito mínimo)Idioma:English (Requisito mínimo)Español (Requisito mínimo)Fecha de incorporación:En 7 días (Requisito deseable)Disponibilidad:Turno de tarde (Requisito deseable)Tareas del puesto:Colaborar con los equipos de administración para mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevos productos, servicios y políticasRegistrar la información del cliente en la base de datos de clientes de la compañíaOtras tareas según sean requeridas
