Job Description:
Main responsibilities:
Operational
·Ensure the correct administration of the agreement with the customer
·Provide administrative support on the treatment of client enquiries and preparation of offers
·Prepare the ArcelorMittal customer reporting file
·Prepare the price approval files
·Order Management: provide administrative support on orders by checking coherence between agreements and orders
·Register commercial and technical claims
·Prepare customers status for customer visits.
Customer Satisfaction
·Check leverage and claim through put times
·Monitor delivery performance and check requested/confirmed delivery date
·Monitor stock levels
·Monitor regular and correct invoicing to customers
·Check accuracy of pricing and identify wrong invoices
·Prepare the request for credit notes/debit notes
·Monitor encashment problems and be aware of clients credit limits and overall payment situation
·Assist with the treatment of logistic, commercial or technical problems /queries in conjunction with Customer Service and the commercial and technical teams.
·Assure short response time on customer requests
Performance Management
·Monitor the total quality of the administration by engaging all actions needed to the customer team
·Coordinate the information exchange among ArcelorMittal/ CTS and Customer Service
·Maintain and monitor the content of the customer master
·Support the customer team (ArcelorMittal, CTS, Customer Service, Order Management)
Your profile :
·Bachelors degree (at least - Master degree is a plus) in a relevant subject (Economics, Marketing, Technical,…)
·Language skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Any other language would be a plus
·Minimum job-related experience to enter this job is 1 to 2 years
·Team player, customer oriented, proactive, entrepreneurship mindset
·Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force would be a plus
