Mission of the role:
This role will support the HR EMEA team to implement all projects across EMAE (18 countries), being an active asset for the success of the region. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and a team player, who is passionate for people as well as results driven with excellent communication skills.
Main responsibilities:
Act as the HR reference person for the French team, among others
Actively participate in the implementation of new projects to be deployed in EMEA, in line with the corporate ones
Collaborate in the execution of those live projects in EMEA
Data collection and data analysis to help in making decisions
Ensure compliance within HR
Bring visibility of the HR field in EMEA
What will be detailed duties?
Talent & Development: actively participates in the implementation of the strategy by giving support in key areas such as Performance Review, Talent Assessment, Succession Plan, Career Path and Recruitment, among others
CSR & EDI: participates in the implementation of projects such as Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion among others
HR administration: support in payroll and other local activities
Engagement: keeps track of all EMEA onboarding processes to ensure they are correctly covered and makes sure all required steps are fulfilled to make sure the newcomers have a smooth welcome, keeps track to newcomers and employees’ anniversaries
Communication: collaborates in the creation of the HR Newsletter, and upports in the enhancement of the HR communications (related to Performance Review, D&I and CSR initiatives, learning, etc.)
Operational: collaborates with the HRIS team in the implementation of new functionalities across EMEA; undertakes HR administrative tasks related to compliance and labour legislation
HR efficiency: identifies HR processes that can be upgraded or automated and supports in data analysis of reports and surveys
Requirements:
University degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations or similar. Master’s Degree in HR would be very valuable
Minimum of 2-year experience in HR, as a generalist profile
Functional knowledge in general HR competencies and processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and awareness of regional legislation)
Demonstrated experience in data analysis
Team work driven and excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in managing difficult situations with proven results
Experience working abroad or with international teams and flexibility to work with different type of countries, cultures and teams, to new environments and scenarios. Ability to influence and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders from different cultures
Proactivity and ability to work in an autonomous way, results oriented and used to work towards objectives
Attention to detail, while not losing sight of the bigger picture
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Spanish or any other European language of the region would be a plus
Flexibility to travel across the area
Experience working within an Engineering environment would be valuable

Salary according to profile’s competences (32.000-35.000€)
