Position Summary

To further strengthen our department based in Barcelona, you will support our HR team in many different initiatives, such as recruitment and employer branding.
What will you do
Create robust talent pipelines by proactive sourcing qualified applicants across an intelligent mix of social media and other recruitment channels
Assisting in the recruitment cycle, approaching suitable candidates, scheduling the interviews, and following up with the candidates throughout the process
Maintenance and updating of internal databases aiming at monitoring candidates
Work with HRIS and keep the data up to date
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and makes phone interviews
Help with any other initiative which may need some extra support in the HR Department
What do you need
Must-have
Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or similar
Previous experience in a Human Resources Department
Experience with Linkedin Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Availability to work full-time for 6 to 12 months
Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university/institute/etc
Nice-have
Master in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience with Personio or similar ATS or HRIS
Previous experience in recruitment in the life science sector
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (preferred good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
