We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Solutions Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our internal and external clients. This role requires good and in depth knowledge on HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

What do you have to offer?
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, ideally within an HR services context.
Proven expertise in HR practices, regulations, and technologies.
Knowledge of Articulate 360 to create e-learnings is a plus
Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of German, French or Dutch is an extra plus.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging training materials using various multimedia tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Affinity with customization/ set up of complex customer HRIS systems is a plus.
Which tasks can you expect?
Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to client needs.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for external clients, both in-person and virtually.
Assess training needs by evaluating client requirements and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and integrate relevant updates into training programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in training content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Provide post-training support to clients, addressing any questions or issues.
