Cas Training a leading company with more than 20 years of experience in technological consulting outsourcing and specialized training selects a Incident Management for an important 100 remote project.
It is required
- Knowledge and experience in cloud site reliability engineering managing the operation of critical business workloads
- Strong experience in system administration with a focus on issue resolution reliability availability and scalability
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace CloudWatch OpenSearch) to ensure effective observability
- Knowledge of IT incident management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a high-pressure environment
- Skills and experience in Change Control/Incident management of leading the recovery of infrastructure outages.
- Driving the timely and proactive investigation and resolution of incidents to minimise downtime downward trends or performance degradation.
- Knowledge in Office 365 suite.
- High level of English
100 Remote with 24x7 rotating shifts
