More than 5 years of experience in development and deployment of AI projects.
Required Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
Proficient in using statistical computer languages (Python SQL etc.) to manipulate data and derive insights from large datasets.
Strong emphasis on hands-on experience on MLOps tools and techniques for AI use cases covering deployment monitoring and maintenance diminishing the prominence of AI models like GenAI models (LMM transformers GPT OpenAI NLP).
Practical experience in deploying monitoring and securing Machine Learning models within cloud platforms Google Cloud (Vertex Gemini) is a must AWS (Sagemaker Bedrock) or Azure (ML Studio AutoML OpenIA) is nice to have.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Experience with different communications protocols such as API REST or MQTT.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
Experience with monitoring and logging tools or cloud services.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination across teams.
A proactive drive to learn and master new technologies and methodologies particularly in the realm of MLOps.
Must have experience in managing and leading AI teams in challenging environments
Ability to efficiently organize and manage team work
Experience in designing complex robust scalable and effective AI solutions both in cloud and on-premise environments
