-Solve as far as possible the complaints or requests of customers as long as they do not involve room changes.
-Maintain a book of actions and incidents updated daily.
-Telephone service for calls requiring information about the hotel or its events.
-Coordination of airport-hotel transfers.

Requisitos mínimos :
- C1 level of English
-Initiative and proactive
- Degree in tourism
