About the Role
Arbolus is looking for a Support Specialist to join us in our Barcelona office with a temporary contract of 2 months. This person is responsible for supporting any technical issues while collaborating with the company customers, sales, associates, and technology teams.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all end-users with a customer focus spirit
Following up with customers for support requests and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
Support systems like Apple, Windows, Linux, G Suite, Slack, amongst others, and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
Manage access and identity management requests.
Assist with IT onboarding and training curriculum.
Keeping an inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, and performing decommissioning.
Working closely with the facility and security teams to resolve security issues.
About you
The ideal candidate will not only identify problems but will come up with solutions and implement them. The candidate will also have great technical and interpersonal skills, a great sense of responsibility, and the ability to create and maintain a network of corporate devices and assist internal and external with their support requests.
Requirements to succeed in this role
Previous experience providing IT Support is a plus
Fundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security.
Good knowledge of Apple systems and software.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize the workload.
Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
Great communication skills and teamwork.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
