What will you do?
Coordinar el desarrollo del trabajo del área, fijando los procedimientos de control establecidos para cada unidad. • Hacer cumplir las normas a seguir en el plan de cuentas de la cadena. • Controlar la aplicación de las normas establecidas por los organismos competentes en materia fiscal. • Elaborar informes de reporte del área. • Supervisar los inventarios físicos y contables y su posterior análisis. • Informar a la Dirección sobre las nuevas disposiciones legales que afecten al buen funcionamiento del Hotel. • Verificar el estado de las cuentas y su actualización, elaborar las conciliaciones de cuentas bancarias, balances y análisis de resultados. • Analizar las desviaciones de presupuesto. • Supervisar la facturación y caja de clientes. • Mantener relaciones con supervisores, Director/a de Hotel, autoridades locales, bancos y otras entidades o personas.
What are we looking for?
Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas, Grado en ADE, Turismo, Economía. • Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en puesto y establecimiento similar. • Idiomas: inglés. • Se valorarán conocimientos en: hostelería, contabilidad, auditoría local, tributaciones. Buen nivel de Office y ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, ORACLE…) HABILIDADES: • Liderazgo • Capacidad para coordinar equipos • Capacidad de organización • Resolución de problemas • Gestión del tiempo
