You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of key projects focused on implementing GPM data-driven digital solutions (SCADA &PPC) for the control, monitoring, and asset management of renewable energy sites, including photovoltaic, wind, and battery storage. You will collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs
Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management

Qualifications:
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic, wind, or battery storage domain)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Fluency in written and spoken English
It would be a plus to have:
Certifications in project management
Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
Knowledge or experience in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus
