Description & Requirements
The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of Infors projects. The role is based in Iberia and requires regular travel to Infors client sites. The PM develops positive relationship with stakeholders creating a high level of customer satisfaction and help customers realize expected benefits.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Exhibit a sense of urgency and responsiveness in providing quality service to Infors customers
Improve customer engagement continuously and ensure customer success
Own and be accountable for the financial management of the account as well as scope, budget, schedule and quality
Track project status and communicate it to both customer and Infor organizations
Ensure the agreed project methodology and tools are adhered to and followed at all times by all parties
Speak and operate very fluently in Spanish and English
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a high degree of project planning and organizational skills
Have five to ten years of project management experience on completion of numerous software and product implementations e.g. full lifecycle ERP implementation projects
Able to manage multiple functions, projects and priorities simultaneously
Have experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g. third parties, clients, off-shore departments and product development)
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment, working with complex projects and handling demanding customers
Able to perform under time pressure and acquire desired outcome for the project
Have strong communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate at all levels of the project
