Python Engineer (Marketing Automation)

About the role
We are looking for a Python Developer to join the Marketing & Commercial capabilities team. In this team you will be responsible for writing and maintaining our proprietary code for managing and optimising the advertising platforms we work with. Where needed we apply data science and machine learning techniques to enable data driven operations. We frequently work with the Marketing, Analytics, Tracking and Data Engineering teams to find the best solution possible. We have a mature development environment to rapidly develop and deploy our solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Interaction with APIs to both download data from and send data to third parties.
Finding innovative ways to get and stitch together data from different sources.
Algorithm development for automation of tasks and processes.
Collaborate with team members from a wide range of different backgrounds to understand the challenges we face and develop solutions together.
Impact and Contributions
You will be onboarded to a mature development environment where you will be able to develop and take ownership of new solutions that solve a wider range of marketing problems. In that role you will collaborate closely both with different marketing teams and with other members of the marketing & commercial capabilities team and will be able to contribute with your own ideas how to improve processes.
Experience and Attributes wed like to see
Strong knowledge of Python
Experience working with APIs, in particular Google Ads
Proficient knowledge of SQL
Fast-moving, motivated by growth and high-performance, strong sense of ownership
Fluent in English
Considered as a Plus
