About the position:
The Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator shall be responsible for:
Organizing and coordinating internal and external activities such as conferences, webinars, regional meetings, workshops and trade shows
Be an active part in planning and executing product launches, including tactics and strategy
Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
Write, review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
Assisting and providing Sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports and similar
Support RMM with planning, implementing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
Together with the regional team coordinate and execute meetings such as Distributor meetings, workshops and EMEIA meetings
Drive increased collaboration with KOL:s. Engagement in testimonials and speakers at key events.
Responsibility for distributor contacts and activities in the EMIEA region.
About the organization:
The EMEIA sales organization is promoting and selling all the products/services of Vitrolife Group, including Medical Devices and Genetic services, to in vitro fertilization clinics and other decision makers such as IVF Laboratory directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, and Embryologists. The regional Sales & Marketing coordinator plays an important role for the overall sales success.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, in a three dimensional set-up related to the Area sales team, distributors as well as the EMEIA and Global marketing team, all to support in achieving the business goals.
This role will report into EMEIA Regional Marketing Manger, based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
About you:
To be successful in the EMEIA Regional Marketing team, you have a passion for sales and marketing, hungry to learn, highly organized, great digital mindset and experience from digital marketing, with strong sense of accountability. Furthermore you have great communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the med tech industry and possibility and willingness to travel (1-2 days per month)
Your contribution:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:
University degree in marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience working with marketing
Fluent in Spanish & English, both verbal and written
Structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person
Ability to drive and coordinate projects
Experience of marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite) is an advantage
Graphic skills such as InDesign is an advantage
