? Why we are hiring We want to double our strength in Revealbots backend development team. Our current team has more front-end engineers than the backend, so we want to balance it out to make our product development process smoother and more efficient.

? Your mission

To develop the best product for our users by writing good maintainable code for new features. You will also contribute to generating new ideas in the product team and will help its future growth.

Some of your day-to-day routines:
Developing new Revealbot features using Ruby and Go.
Improving existing code, eliminating errors and optimising processes
Taking a part in the initiation and validation of ideas for new features in the early stages of the development process
Collaborating with founders, design and product team in the research of new product opportunities and ways of creating solutions
Participating in designing feature architecture
Developing 3-party integrations
Requirements

? We are happy to hear from you if…

In your past roles, you:
Demonstrated enthusiasm for Ruby and worked with the language at a deep level, gaining an understanding of how it works and keeping up-to-date with new versions
Took responsibility for your code by covering it with tests using Rspec or similar
Showed interest in working in a product team, participated in product research and planning
Worked with Go. If you don’t have experience with it, then a desire to learn it is a must
Primarily communicated in English with your teammates.
Worked with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases and understand how they work, as well as how to optimise and test queries.

Worked with infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform and AWS on any level.
