Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Operations he/she will take care of
Define and guarantee the implementation of operational actions for the execution of the strategies and objectives established by the company.
Develop and implement strategies to fulfil the growth goals of the organization.
Design strategies aimed at achieving favourable economic results (regarding profitability cash flow ...) health and safety and the environment through the development of staff skills.
Manage the strategies to achieve the maximum operational efficiency through the implementations of information systems and analysis of operational processes.
Handle the internal logistic policy of the company through expenses volumes and quality control to ensure an optimal delivery of the final product.
Manage the annual budget supervising and authorizing the allocation of resources in the operational areas.
Make proposals to improve the operational processes of the organization based on the analysis of internal metrics and KPIs.
Implement activities that ensure the correct management of change motivation and professional development of employees. To lead the internal communication and continuous improvement.
Guarantee an appropriate working environment that contributes to the achievement of goals.
Coordinate with human resources the proper execution of talent attraction retention and development of policies and procedures.
Approve the annual training plan for the Operations areas

Multinational Company Huesca-Binéfar-Lleida
University degree in Industrial Engineer or similar education
Desirable Master Degree in Lean Manufacturing MBA or similar.
10+ years relevant work experience in a similar roles such as (Operations Manager Plant Senior Manager etc.)
Experience working at multinational companies with cross functional shared responsibilities
Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative and global environment.
Business benefit and cost analysis skills
Good knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Good analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Ability to facilitate influence and drive technical and strategic conversations in user friendly language.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
Highly self-motivated self-directed and driven.
