Are you interested in a commercially focused, business partnering role? We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the PLS Commercial Programs team. PLS (Private Label Solutions) partners with a wide range of businesses, including airlines, online travel agents or corporate travel companies to provide travel products to their end customers. PLS’ mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth and help them win.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, youll be integral in supporting key cross-functional programs that drive growth to the business. Your role will involve translating complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentations that inform business decisions. Youll provide financial modelling and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities within ongoing projects.
It’s an exciting role which business partners a wide array of stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax and wider EG business & project teams.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a confident communicator, comfortable with some ambiguity and adept at driving value and leadership insights.
What you’ll do :
Support Senior Finance Manager in understanding and navigating key commercial programs and operational issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Translate complex financial data and issues into compelling, executive-level presentations that support informed business decision-making.
Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic business decisions and scenario planning.
Identify risks and opportunities within ongoing projects and present actionable insights to the Senior Manager for acceleration or mitigation.
Provide ad hoc finance support as and when required
Who you are :
2+ years of prior experience within a finance function
Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc. or degree) or equivalent professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong modelling skills with the ability to analyse raw data and convert into useful insights
Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences
Highly organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across multiple time zones
Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change and process improvement
