Senior MS Dynamics Engineer (Remote)

You will also be responsible for selected data visualization projects and reports, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a skilled Senior MS Dynamics Engineer to join our team. As a Senior MS Dynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our business. You will work closely with the project management team, business analysts, and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of the solutions developed and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
Work closely with developers to ensure a smooth integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems
Develop and maintain documentation on system design, development, and testing
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the stability and performance of the developed solutions
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing solutions
Participate in project planning and estimation activities
Other responsibilities as appropriate or assigned
Requirements

Competencies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Skills
Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and web resources using C# and JavaScript
Experience with Agile and Kanban software development methodologies
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (such as MB-901, MB-200, MB-210, MB-220) preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure preferred
Knowledge of micro services architecture and containerization preferred
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
