We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included.
About the project: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is a native German speaker with advanced proficiency in English to manage customer inquiries (such as order questions and technical support) for household appliances.
Relocation Package: €400/month BONUS for 3 months + €200 reimbursement for the cost of travel
Qualifications:
Native proficiency in German,
High proficiency in English,
Strong empathy towards customers,
A desire for continuous improvement,
Analytical skills to understand customer needs,
Must be residing in Barcelona (or willing to relocate there)
Benefits and Offerings:
Training Period: 6 days
Employment Type: Permanent, with options for 39 or 30 hours per week.
Salary: €1810 gross per month for 39 hours, or €1296 gross per month for 30 hours.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 39 hours: 9 AM - 6 PM / 30 hours: 11 AM - 5 PM.
