What youll do
Responsibilities:
Checks accuracy of accounting entries for the allocated cost categories and ensures that they are in accordance with the statutory / group reporting requirements trolling and reporting matters.
Collaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established closing deadlines.
Proposes process improvements to ensure increased quality and efficiency for team deliverables.
Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for the assigned company, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors.
Supporter of compliance with fiscal requirements, verifies and suggests adjustments of internal processes / policies in order to ensure adequate documentation and back up for transactions with impact on the financial statements.
Accuracy of representation in the monthly financial statements for the allocated categories, in a timely manner.
Timely submission, in compliance with legal provisions, of tax returns.

The role of Specialist Finance Operations has to purpose:
Supporting local Accounting and tax activities for Malaga skills hub, the role contributes to the overall compliance with Group Accounting, local reporting, and fiscal requirements. Supports the accurate reflection in the financial statements of the allocated cost types, in accordance with the group and local financial policies, and to the management of the relationship with the fiscal authorities.
