Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. Were fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
You will be part of the Trade Engagement Team in Philip Morris Spain.
We look for a recent business management graduate with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. This individual will support our dynamic Trade Engagement team in all Trade Operations.
Your day to day
-Capture and document the current trade engagement operation processes specifying timing and investment, ensuring you maintain a holistic view of operations result-driven.
-Challenge the status quo with powerful questions and propose innovative solutions to optimize all Operation processes to improve KPIs.
-Maintain our consumer promotions in the system, upload & follow up of indirect retail contracts.
-Align, implement & follow up with Field and Legal department every process improvement.
Who were looking for
A degree in business management, analytics or similar.
Fluency in Spanish (preferably native or bilingual) and in English (B2 level and above).
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time.
A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset.
Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
Effective communication skills.
