User Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team in Barcelona.
What Youll Do Responsibilities and Duties
Experience working on Social Channels (TikTok Meta Snapchat etc)
Understanding of measurement (Skan Payback etc)
Design create manage and optimize UA campaigns for our mobile games
Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis creative targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organization
Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
Identify develop and analyze key performance indicators
Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters
Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas
What Were Looking For About You
Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables Vlookup Calculated Formulas)
Experience working with Measurement partners
Highly analytical self-motivated and a team player
Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking with an ability to read understand data.
